9th December 2008

DAY ONE:

Dar came to fetch me to White Sands because he says he will miss me when I go for camp!xD

Met Ling at the busstop and took 358 to White sands.

1145:

Gathered at White Sands MRT and all the girls sat there waiting for the guys to come.

1200:

Everyone arrived! And off we went to take the bus to Downtown East!=)

It's a very good priviledge to have the camp in DTE because it's practically my second home and we know exactly what buses to take!xD [keke]

On the camp notes, it states that take 354 to DTE.

But if you stay in Pasir Ris, you'll know that almost every bus from interchange goes to DTE.xD

So while all those losers squeezed unto the poor 354 that almost collasped under the weight, we walked proudly towards bus 3 and alighted at the same stop as them!

HAH!

Alighted and went to the Begonia Terrace! [meeting place and sat there with our luggage]

Finally the camp 'started' and everyone had to carry their bags up.

The only thing I hate about camps is that our bagpack is so freaking heavy!Zzzz.

And it's super paiseh to bring a luggage to chalet areas.

People go like ZZZZ, you think you're going USA?That kind of thing.Lols.

DAY TWO

Although I was rather reluctant to get out of bed.

I particularly liked the Level 4 performance.

It was soooo touching!

Everyone teared on the spot.

Story:

This boy always used homework as an excuse to get away on church.

He faced rejection from parents, friends etc.

In the skit, demons held him back from taking the Bible and he was helpless.

He suffered even more from the attacks of the demons. (spiritual attacks)

The Jesus came and and reached out to him.

But the demons made the boy slap Jesus' hands away.

When the boy finally reached out to Jesus, Jesus pulled him out immediately and let himself be attacked by the demons.

Whereas the boy was clothed in the righteousness and love of Jesus.

Jesus has bore all our sins on the cross, God will remember them no more.

SOBS!

So touching!!!!=)

Was slain 3 times that night alone and Daryl had such funny experiences.

Pastor Benjamin was suddenly coming into the crowd where we were and touching people that he was led to.

And Daryl was filled by the holy spirit and he just fell back and ended up lying on another person!!!

KaiJia tried to pull him off the person and strained his stomach muscles because as you can see, Daryl isn't exactly small.=P
